We were very excited to try these and we weren't let down.
First we pre-heated our over to 350. In the recipe it says to grease the sheet with coconut oil, but we didn't have any so we used tin foil. Tin foil worked just as good.
Next, we used mini peppers in stead of bell peppers so they could be more bite size snacks. I cut them in half to make little boats. Also we spooned out the inside seeds.
My co-chef and I spooned the meat mixture in to the mini peppers. |
Lastly we put some on little plates to see what our students and staff thought. Ms.Ochoa: "This is healthy and delicious! Can i have the recipe?" Ms.Ambrosious: "you girls are amazing, These are really good" Ms.Vetch:"So good! you guys make my day with your yummy food!"
